This License & Usage Policy (“Policy”) outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing and using digital products from The Style Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing or using our templates or digital products, you agree to the terms below.

1. Product Ownership & Licensing
When you purchase a template or digital product from The Style Studio, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with this Policy.
You are not purchasing the copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights of the design.
All rights remain the sole property of The Style Studio.

2. Personal Use License
A Personal Use License allows you (the purchaser) to use the product for:
One (1) personal or business website owned and operated by you.
Branding and marketing of your own business only.

You may:
Customize the template using your own images, copy, and colors.
Remove “Designed by The Style Studio” credit if desired.
Use included copy prompts and structure as a starting point for your own messaging.

You may not:
Share, resell, or redistribute the template files in any way.
Claim the design or layout as your own creation.
Use the same template for multiple brands, businesses, or websites.

To use a template for multiple websites or clients, please contact us for a separate designer (commercial) license.

3. Fonts, Images & Copy
All fonts, imagery, and copy provided in our templates are included for demonstration purposes only.

You are responsible for:
Replacing demo images with properly licensed or original images.
Confirming any commercial font licensing before using it outside of the template.
Editing and customizing any demo copy to reflect your own brand.
The Style Studio is not liable for copyright issues arising from failure to replace demo content.

4. Platform Requirements
Our templates are designed for specific platforms:
Showit templates require an active Showit subscription.
Canva templates require a free or paid Canva account.

We are not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from third-party updates, outages, or account access limitations.

5. Modifications & Support
You may customize your purchased template to align with your branding and content.

Support includes:
Guidance through our setup guides.

Support does not include:
Extensive customization beyond the original design.
Technical issues related to Showit, Canva, or third-party integrations.
Copywriting, SEO setup, or brand strategy consulting unless purchased as an add-on.

6. Credit & Promotion
We appreciate (but do not require) keeping “Designed by The Style Studio” in your website footer.
By purchasing, you agree that The Style Studio may feature screenshots, testimonials, or showcases of your finished website as part of our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Violations & Termination
If you violate this license, your usage rights will be immediately revoked without refund.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use, resale, or reproduction of our products.

8. Legal Disclaimer
Our templates and resources are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding specific business, financial, or creative outcomes.
You assume full responsibility for customizing, maintaining, and operating your website or product.
